The firm

Four people. One file. No seasonal staff in a back room you never meet.

Opened in 2009 on US Highway 19. We kept the building small on purpose: the person who signs the return is the person who reviewed it.

How the work runs

Bookkeeping and payroll sit in the same office as the returns. Luis closes the month. Amara runs the planning conversation. Daniel prepares the 1040s and the multi-state work. Victoria reviews every business return that leaves the building.

We are Florida CPAs and Enrolled Agents with IRS CAF numbers. That is the difference between forwarding a notice to a service center and answering it.

People

The names on the letterhead.

Victoria Pace, CPA, EA

Founding Principal

Victoria opened the practice in 2009 after eight years in the Tampa office of a regional firm. She still reviews every business return that leaves the building. Enrolled Agent, Florida CPA, and the person you will actually meet at the consult.

Daniel Cho, CPA

Tax Director

Daniel leads individual and multi-state work. He came to Hudson from a Big Four private-client group and prefers a 1040 with a rental schedule to a 10-K. He teaches the annual year-end briefing for clients.

Amara Bennett, EA

Client Advisory

Amara runs planning engagements and the monthly close conversations. She is the one who will tell you, kindly, that the truck is a listed-property problem. Enrolled Agent, former controller for a Gulf-coast contractor.

Luis Ortega

Bookkeeping & Payroll

Luis keeps the books current and the 941s matching. Fifteen years of QuickBooks, a low tolerance for uncleared transactions, and the reason our close package lands by the 15th.

The office

12124 US Highway 19, Suite 200, Hudson, FL 34667. Parking is behind the building. Drop-offs go on the front desk; we send a secure upload link after the engagement letter.

January 15 – April 15 we keep evening hours by appointment through 7:30 p.m.

Bring the folder. Or the letter you have not opened.

The consult is thirty minutes and complimentary. If we are a fit, you leave with a fee and a date. If we are not, we will say so.
