The website is not the file.

Tax documents, Social Security numbers, and bank logins do not belong on a marketing site. We built this one that way on purpose.

What this site is for

The public pages explain the practice, run an educational federal estimate, and let you request a consult or send a short note. That is the whole job of the website.

What we never ask for here

Do not type a Social Security number, ITIN, date of birth, bank routing number, identity-theft PIN, or prior-year AGI into any form on this site. Do not upload returns, W-2s, or closing statements here. After a signed engagement letter we send a separate, secure upload link. Until then, a name, a phone number, and the question are enough.

The estimator and the checklist

The 2025 federal estimator and the document checklist run in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to the office, stored on our servers, or used for ads. The checklist is saved on this device so you can come back to it. Clear the site data in your browser if you want it gone.

Consults and messages

A consult request or contact note needs a name, email, phone, and whatever you choose to write. A copy stays on this device so you can cancel or review it. The office follows up by email or phone within one business day. A request is not an engagement and is not a confirmed appointment until we write back.

How client files actually move

Workpapers live in the office file after you sign. Drop-offs go on the front desk at 12124 US Highway 19. Remote clients use the upload link we send — not this website, not a personal email attachment if we can help it. We do not sell lists, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not share a file with anyone who is not on the engagement or required by law.

How to reach us about this

Questions, a correction, or a request to delete a consult note: office@vpaccounting.tax or (727) 555-0190. The terms cover the estimator, the consult, and when work actually starts.
